          Shripad SriVallabh           was born in a Brahmin family in a village named Pithapur (East Godavari District in Andhra Pradesh, India).

          A Brahmin couple Appala Raju Sharma and Sumathi, were devotees of Lord Datta. They had many children of whom only two survived.
